Bradco Electrical Services Ltd. will make every effort to ensure the health and safety of our staff is safeguarded, at all times. All employees are expected to conduct their work in a safe manner, in compliance with our corporate health and safety policies and procedures, as well as those of our customers.
We believe that our commitment to an effective health and safety program is an integral part of good employee relations, enhances productivity, reduces operating costs and is vital to maintaining a safe and efficient operation. It’s our belief that this policy and our written safe work procedures will continue to assist in making our workplace an attractive and safe place to work.
All provincial health and safety statutes and regulations, including this company’s written health and safety policy and procedures manual, apply to all workers employed by this company, including contract personnel. Workers who disregard these statutes, our corporate health and safety policy or written safe work procedures, will be subject to progressive disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal.
We are committed to ensuring that our management team be responsible and accountable for enforcing our safety program standards, as well as the occupational health and safety act, and relevant construction and industrial regulations.
We believe in the prevention of workplace illness and injuries through the training, promotion and enforcement of safe working habits with all our workers. Although each of our projects presents its own unique circumstances, consistently employing safe work practices and procedures will help us maintain an accident-free workplace.
Accidents can be avoided. For this reason, it is a condition of continued employment at Bradco Electrical Services Ltd. that all our employees work safely using common sense, good judgment, and the appropriate protective equipment.
